Hello, hello sorry it's been a late blogging week. I've been swamped but am happy to report that I've hired two part time assistants! Hopefully with the much needed help, I'll have a bit more time to get creative with the design blogging!! I hope to have some fresh and updated posts to share with you all this Fall!! Okay, onto the post. I'm still spying spots everywhere! Which for me is a good thing, they add just the right amount of energy and a bit of hip factor to a home or outfit. Be it antelope, polka dots or leopard, it doesn't really matter to me, I adore them all. Happy Wednesday! |

| A little goes a long way. It's predicted as a hot color for the upcoming (fingers crossed, not too soon) cool weather. Mix it with yellow, camel, charcoal, cream, coral, or navy..you get the picture. Fuchsia works with an array of shades! |

A creative director from Rockport Shoe was kind enough to share a Fall Preview boot for a give away on Shelter! The Janae Bootie is chic and stylish, but also very comfortable. The Janae collection features adiPRENE by Adidas. AdiPRENE by Adidas is a rubber like material that acts as a shock absorber and cushions your foot. It's the key to the comfort in this line. The Janae boot featured today is a pre-release preview that will hit stores in July/August. I have a pair so I can attest they look and feel amazing. The short bootie is still "hot" for the Fall and works with both skinny and wide legged jeans and pants! The boot retails for $170.00 and will also be available in brown and grey suede. | My therapy?? Getting lost in blog world. I don't have much time to read blogs these days, but losing myself in blog land is free {well relatively speaking} and inspiring. Okay, it's free until I come across AMAZING items like these! That DVF dress above??? Ridiculous!! It's no longer available! Bummer, I guess my Amex will thank me. On the other hand I may have to add the Emerson Made shift dress/top {below} to my wish list for the Fall. I just pinned it to my Pinterest account, so there's no way I'll forget about it! Off to do the dishes! That short break was much needed. |

| I LOVE CORAL! I am soooo thrilled that the warm weather has arrived in Boston! Coral shades can work year round but it is especially appropriate this time of year. I always manage to work this color into my projects and life! I sold the idea of painting a powder room in the cheery shade to a client this past Sunday! |
